    Christmas Message of Peace on Earth is Still Powerful At this time of year when families and friends gather to celebrate during the holidays, the Peace on Earth that is part of the Christmas message is universal to all. The recent tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut where 20 children and six adults were killed by a madman is evidence there is still way too much violence on Earth. This country has witnessed far too many mass shootings this past year.
